Rachel & Dawn are teaming up again & this time it's a KIDS workout for Mitzvah Day through Temple Beth Sholom to raise money for JAFCO!!!
Event will take place right across from ahana yoga in the design district -

Date: Sunday March 7th
Time: 9:15am to 10:00am
Families please join us for a fun and sweaty full body - body weight, 30-minute workout followed by relaxing yoga at the end. Please bring water and a mat/towel. Cost of the class is $40 and all proceeds go to the Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options (JAFCO), an organization providing services to abused and neglected children in South Florida. Up to 20 families.
A ticket for $40.00 gets a whole family admission, thank you all so much for supporting our community based fundraisers!
