You can enroll in challenge at any point in the month as long as you do all 21 workouts before the 31st, you can do workouts on your own time at your own availability or LIVE with us every weekday at 8:30amEST on instagram @rachel_fitness. Workouts will be saved on IGTV and will go up on YOUTUBE.
